REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OF THE CONTRACTORS FOR THE PROPOSED REVITALIZATION OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND OTHERS NEEDS PROJECTS

1.0     INTRODUCTION

The Osun State College of Education hereby invites/requests for quotation from reputable, experience, qualified and competent contractor to quote for the under listed Revitalization Projects:

1. Re-Roofing of Lectures’ Hall
2. Supply and installation of Furniture
3. Renovation of Toilets
4. Renovation of IJMB Building
5. Supply of ICT Equipment
6. Supply and Installation of Laboratory and Workshop Equipments.

• SCOPE OF WORKS

The scopes of Works/supply are: Re-roofing of Lectures’ Hall, Supply and Installation of Furniture, Renovation of Toilet, Renovation of IJMB Building, Supply of ICT Equipments and Installation of Laboratory and Workshop Equipments.

3.0     ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Prospective interested company must possess the under-listed requirements to be eligible to participate in the quotation.

1. Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC) registration
2. Valid tax clearance certificate

• Evidence of compliance with pension fund – PENCOM

1. Evidence of compliance with ITF contribution
2. Evidence of compliance with the National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF)
3. Evidence of registration on the National Database of contractors, consultants and service provider by BPP or a copy of interim registration report IRR as evidence of compliance with the requirement and

• Valid sworn affidavits
• COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS

Complete set of biding documents can be collected from office of the Bursar (the College Tender Board Secretary), Osun State College of Education, Ila-Orangun.

5.0     SUBMISSION OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION DOCUMENTS

The document shall be submitted in a sealed envelope each and marked with the name of the project. Furthermore, the reverse side of each sealed envelope shall have the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated tamper proof tender box. The completed request for quotation document shall be addressed to:  The Secretary, Tender Board, Osun State College of Education, Ila-Orangun

• OPENING OF BID

The technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission not later than 11am on Tuesday, 15^th August, 2023 at the College Conference Hall, new Administrative Building Complex in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept unopened. Please, ensure that you sign the bid Submission Register, as the College will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. 7.0     IMPORTANT NOTICE

The evaluation of request for quotation shall strictly be based on the requirements as stated in the solicitation documents.

Certificate(s) may be referred to the respective issuing authorities for verification and authentication. Due diligence exercise shall be conducted to verify all the claims made by the companies.
